Welcome to Hill House.

We're a holiday house in Norfolk that sleeps 15. You can also bring your dogs with you.

We combine all of the convenience of a self-catering holiday along with the luxury you'd expect from a boutique hotel.

We think holidays should be extraordinary which is why we focus as much on the experience as we do on the house.




We have a retro games room complete with Star Wars pinball and classic arcade games.

And there’s a choice of two lounges, a formal dining room and the dine-in kitchen.

The spacious grounds come with a dining lawn, a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ, kiddies play house and fort, a tennis court and a wide lawn.

You also have free use of the nearby golf and country club.

We can offer catering and there's lots of activity options such as life-size Cluedo, an F1 simulator, lessons in tennis and archery.

And for treatments we have a Champney's trained therapist.

Our formal garden produces fruit for our cocktails and Chill House ice cream.
