Hill House Norfolk is a large holiday house that has recently been upgraded to sleep 15 guests + 3 dogs. We combine all of the luxury of a boutique hotel with all of the convenience of a self catering holiday house and we are graded by Visit England as 5 star Gold. Hill House is ideal for celebrations, get-togethers, short breaks, family holidays and corporate use. Our catering service ‘Bespoke at Hill House’ will be available to you. Bespoke are highly rated by Michelin, the AA and the Which? Good Food Guide. We can even cook you fish and chips.
At Hill House you’re here to have fun and Ben, our manager, will be on call for you 24/7 to ensure that you get the most out of your stay. The house itself is a Grade II listed Tudor manor set in 6 acres. The interior blends it’s period features with contemporary design, including a fully integrated multimedia system. There is lots to do here and the grounds include a hard tennis court, lawn for croquet, table tennis table, large field, an orchard and a thriving organic vegetable garden where we encourage you to come and help yourself.
We are located in a Norfolk conservation village, 8 miles south of Norwich (2 1/2 hours from London) providing easy access to the Norfolk Broads. Hill House guests have preferential access to ‘Hill House aboard Lola’ – a luxury cruiser 30 minutes from the house. The cathedral city of Norwich is very close by and has extensive shopping and cultural facilities. The Suffolk coast and beaches (45 minutes) are highly recommended along with a trip to the North Norfolk coast (60 minutes). We have many excellent pubs serving food located a short distance from the house, including Brasted’s, Relish and the Wildebeest Arms.
Hill House is ideally suited to provide a balance between a holiday that the kids will love, with an environment that gives you a break also. Children have plenty of room and freedom to run around and play in safety. The outdoor pond has a heavy-duty safety mesh that sits underneath the water, ensuring your child’s safety. The downstairs floor is tiled or exposed wood and the kitchen has a table perfect for children.

Hill House guests have free and unlimited use of Dunston Hall Leisure and Golf Club. Within a 10 minute drive, all guests have complimentary use of the indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. You will also receive free and unlimited golf bookings and buggies at Dunston’s USPGA specification golf course (including use of the driving range).
